Outpost Data runs its own collection operations, farms, labs, floors, staffed by our own crews with our own rigs. Everything is first-party, consented, and rights-clean, then labeled and structured for training world models and robot policies.

How we collect

Outposts, not scrapers.

An outpost is a working site, a farm in Kiambu, a lab bench, a textile floor, where our crews do real work while our rigs capture it.

Stand up the outpost

We partner with working sites, employ the crews, and mount the rigs: head-cams, bench-cams, environment sensors. Everyone on camera is paid and consented.

Capture the work

Whole shifts, whole seasons. Egocentric video with IMU and audio, process telemetry, floor events. The boring hours are the valuable ones.

Structure and deliver

QC, dedup, action segmentation, pose and object labels. Delivered as training-ready corpora with full provenance on every clip.
